The programme is adapted to your personal needs and additional resources can be shared, if relevant. Inflammation is well-documented in the scientific literature as an underlying cause of many autoimmune conditions and chronic fatigue. This plan reduces the toxic overload on your body and will allow your digestive system to reset, which will significantly improve your symptoms.

The purpose of the programme is to replenish and restore your gut microbiome, and strengthen your digestive function - not weight loss, specifically.
Most people will, as a happy by-product of the nutritional focus, lose between 4-5.5 kgs over these weeks, however some people may lose more (or less) depending on their starting weight and current lifestyle and diet.
Sticking to the correct portion sizes and meal times will have a big impact on your final results. The most important element of this programme is that it helps you examine your relationship with food, understand cravings and begin new, healthier habits.

Yes, so long as you have the go ahead from your doctor. We will make adjustments to your meal plans to ensure nutrient density without compromising your caloric needs.

If you’re unable to make a live session, a recording will be available for replay. You can also submit any questions ahead of the session and I’ll respond to you there.

In order to get the most out of this programme, the emphasis is on whole foods and preparing your own meals is recommended. However, it is still possible to get good results using precut and packaged vegetables if it saves you time.
You will receive a selection of delicious and simple recipe ideas that you can adapt to your own preferences within the limits of the programme. Meals are based around proteins and vegetables so you can make your meals as interesting or as simple as you like.
If your current diet is heavy on take-aways, oven-ready meals, restaurant meals, cafe snacks and packaged treats, then yes, it will feel like you need to do more cooking and food prep. However, once you get organised and plan for your meals, you will quickly fall into a lovely rhythm.

That depends on how you are currently spending on groceries. It’s likely that you will be spending more on some organic vegetables and better quality protein sources but once you find the supermarkets, or brands that suit your budget and lifestyle then it should be comparable and if you’re really committed, you could even make some savings.

Supplements are not necessary to complete the programme. Many clients ask about what supportive supplements I recommend so I include an introduction to some foundational support.
